Bright Box Homes Return and Refund Policy

1. Introduction

Bright Box Homes specializes in custom-built homes tailored to your specifications. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we maintain a strict return and refund policy to protect both parties.

2. Non-Returnable Products

All homes, including clearance, promotional, and customized orders, are non-returnable and non-refundable once production begins or the sale is finalized. This applies to all custom specifications such as color, finishes, and additional features.

3. Order Confirmation and Cancellation

3.1 Order Confirmation: Once the customer confirms the order and makes an initial payment, production will start. It is the customer’s responsibility to verify all order details before confirmation, as no changes can be made afterward.

3.2 Order Cancellation: Cancellations made within 72 hours of order confirmation incur a 25% cancellation fee. After 72 hours, cancellations are not accepted, and the customer is responsible for the full purchase price.

4. Return and Refund Policy

4.1 Non-Returnable Products: All sales are final, and returns are not permitted once production begins or the sale is completed.

4.2 Refunds: Refunds are only available if a cancellation request is made within 72 hours of order confirmation and will be processed less the cancellation fee. No refunds will be issued after 72 hours.

4.3 Shipping and Delivery: The customer bears all costs for return shipping or retrieval after delivery. Bright Box Homes does not cover any return-related expenses.

5. Acceptance of Delivery

5.1 Inspection Upon Delivery: Customers must inspect their home upon delivery and note any discrepancies on the delivery acceptance form. Signing the form indicates acceptance of the home’s condition.

5.2 Post-Delivery Claims: Claims regarding the condition of the home after signing the delivery acceptance form will not be considered.
