 We aim to deliver affordable, high-quality housing solutions to individuals, families, veterans, and low-income communities. Our homes are designed for durability, efficiency, and customization to suit your unique lifestyle or business needs. No one puts more into their expandable container homes. No one. And we back that up with a $5,000 promise!

Our foldable homes are prefabricated and require only limited assembly upon delivery. They feature full electrical and plumbing systems, heavy-gauge gabled metal roofs, and covered porches. Unlike many alternatives, Bright Box Homes delivers a level of completeness and quality unmatched in the industry.

Each home includes:

• Gabled 24 ga. Corrugated Metal roof & metal truss system with choice of high-end roofing colors
• More than 55 exterior color choices to select from
• Sliding Glass left-rear door
• Nine high-end Broken Bridge Aluminum low-E double pane windows
•  24,000 Btu mini split heat-pump, 20 SEER AC unit for climate control
• An induction stove, range hood, and 1/2 hp garbage disposal, upper & lower kitchen cabinetry (more than any other competitor), offering more than 2X the storage space, and choice of countertop colors
• Choice of 7 beautiful custom vanities for your bathroom
• Bathroom exhaust fan
• Cabinet in bathroom for a washer/dryer combo to slide into (see our accessories)
• Tankless Hot Water Heater
• Customizable bathroom walls, walk-in shower, custom shower head
• Upgraded 125 Amp electrical panel (industry standard is 63 Amps)
• 7 GFCI outlets; 1 in bathroom, three around kitchen countertops, three outdoors (with protective covers)
• Electrical lines to three outdoor porch light locations, with dead plates, for future light fixtures
• 33 total 110 electrical outlets, evenly dispersed throughout the house for amazing convenience (standard stripped down models have 18 (40') and 8 (20'))
• 5 low-profile, 883 CFM ceiling-mounted air moving fans (not ceiling fans) with dedicated wall switches

• High up the wall in living room we locate a ready-to-install TV mounting plate, RG-6 cable, and a 110 outlet to perfectly hide all your wiring from your TV
• High up on the wall in each bedroom, we’ve provided 110 outlets for future install of 9000 Btu mini splits, (see it in our accessories), anticipating your growing needs, and knowing some people have different climate requirements

• Three 240 vac outlets; one in kitchen for induction stove, one in bathroom if using a washer/dryer combo, and an alternate outlet in the bedroom adjoining the bathroom for a standard washer-dryer

5. Are your homes energy-efficient?

Yes, our homes are designed to optimize energy efficiency. With features like high quality insulation

(We install 4” rock wool which is 2X the industry standard, giving an R-16 value), energy-efficient windows, an included 24,000 Btu mini split AC using 110 vac (very efficient) and optional solar panel kits, all of which are ideal for reducing utility costs and environmental impact.

Prices vary depending on the model, size, and customization options you choose. Our most affordable models are our ELU’s (Efficient Living Unit) Quick assembly homes with 521 sq. ft., all-inclusive for only $24,995! Contact us for a personalized quote based on your specific needs.

 

9. Do you offer financing options?

Yes, we have partnered with financing companies to make our homes accessible to more customers. We also offer down payment assistance programs for low-income buyers, veterans, and other qualifying individuals through our partnership with the FAITH Foundation

10. How long does it take to receive my home after ordering?

Delivery times depend on the availability of your chosen model and any customizations. On average, most homes can be delivered within 4-8 weeks.

 

11. Do I need to assemble my home upon delivery?

While our homes are prefabricated, some assembly is required after placement on your foundation. This includes folding out the structure, installing kitchen cabinetry, roofing, and electrical fixtures. The assembly process typically takes several days and is guided by easy, step-by-step instructions. Then, simply connect the utilities, and you’re ready to move in!
